Booth Contract
You can
request a Festival 2010 Sullivan Arena Exhibit Space Agreement to be mailed by
including your name and mailing address information in an email to:Beth,
Box Office Manager
NO OTHER NOTICES SHALL BE SENT PRIOR TO THE
MAILING OF EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Vendor booth
assignments are made after we receive a paid contract. Contracts are date
stamped and each vendor is offered chance to chose from remaining available
booths based on the time contract is received. The sooner payment is made
the larger the list of avilable booths.
Festival management has final authority over vendor placement.
If for some reason a vendor cannot be accommodated to their
satisfaction within 1 week after receipt of a paid contract- a full refund
will be issued.
Booth assignments and available booths may be cross-referenced on the
Sullivan Arena floor plan to determine
physical placement & location. Additionally, you can click upper left
corner of this page to see vendors sorted by both number.
